Initial Naturopathic Consultation
A comprehensive first session to explore your menstrual, hormonal, fertility or postpartum health. We’ll take time to understand your story and create a personalised care plan to support your current stage and goals.
Return Naturopathic Consultation
A follow-up to review your progress and adjust your plan as needed. Ideal for ongoing fertility support, pregnancy care, postpartum recovery or menstrual cycle regulation.
